That’s been hammered into our heads since grade school. We slept with it, ate with it, studied with it, worked with it, lived and loved with it, grew up with it. We toiled hard over decisions in the effort to choose the right ones. The right clothes to wear, food to eat, universities to study in, careers to pursue, the right persons to connect with, the right person to marry, and many more. But of course all that is well and good without any doubt. It serves a particular purpose too. So these are the things we aim for and luckily find it as we move along in the days of our lives. But why do we act so driven in the search for things which will surely happen anyway (for some who believe in destiny) and which we would surely find with sufficient resolute effort? Is that all there is to life and living – making it right, chasing for things?
“We search so much for the right choices,
for the right paths to walk through,
for the right time and for the right reasons.
Life isn’t only about searching for the things that can be found.”

Still up for #12? See you there then. :-)
